The factory of Longkai, occupying a total space of 46,000 ㎡, is located in Fuan City, Fujian Province, China. Now Longkai supplies generating sets ranging 10KVA—3,300KVA open type, soundproof type, trailer type, containerized type diesel generator sets, ATS Panel , Synchronizing Penel , Lighting Tower, Load Bank, Also we suply Alternators. At present, there are 7 Assembly Lines in Longkai to enable us to produce 800 sets for Industrial Gensets and 2000 sets alternator per month. In partnership with our dealer over 60 countries, we keep moving to expand our business all over the world.

High-strength material and advanced design,minimized vibration.We adopt advanced noise reduction measures and equipments,lower l5-35db(A) of genset noise level,and keep the genset running in a quiet state,while not affecting the daily life and work. Coupled with Stamford,Leroy sommer or our own copy Stamford brushless alternators, Class H Insulation, IP23(or NEMA1) protection, with AVR for option.Good cooling system enable the job Of noise reduction meanwhile not affecting genset outpui.
Load 0-100%, frequenc fluctuation≤±0.25%. 3 Phase balance load, max aberration rate of line voltage≤±0.5%. The soundproof canopy has good waterproof & dustproot performance, is applied widely In desert, mine, construction site ect. harsh environment.

Design,production & test of genset are completely in conformity with China national Standards 7 Europe CE safety standards. Gensets are equipped with monitoring system & emergency stop system,alerts with LEC lighting system,durable & reliable. A Safe cutoff circuift to be generated if emergency stop system being applied, no electric shock hozard during restarting the genset. Fan guard and heatproot guard ensure the safely of genset operator. PC Control,comes with emergency stop equipmenl. External terminal access is available on gensel bottom,with waterproof & dustproof function.
Easy to operate
Water feeder is located on top of the canopy; and water can be easily filled thought tube. External quick connection helps easily realize monitor the mains, ATS transfer,remote start. Then daily maintenance work can be perfformed on the two sides of the machine, and wide door allows you easily get in the machine. With lock fixed on control panel, the door can be locked during genset unused or running.
Easy to transport
Compact is size, easy to lift.saving space. With lifting hole on top of canopy,can be lifted easily during overhaul. With forklift operation hole on genset bottom, easy to transit,can be moved conveniently with trailer car etc.
